After a failed wormhole jump into an uncharted system, the Renegades came into contact with an insectoid race on planet Myr. There they met the Black Widow Queen, the leader of the Levyr ? as they were called ? a giant spider like being that communicates telepathically with her underlings and would use imagery to communicate with outsiders. After a few months of communication the Renegades formed an alliance with the Levyr to take down the Utopians and then split the spoils between the two races. Although this was a beneficial deal for both sides, the Levyr had another plan in mind. Their real intent was to get rid of the Renegades. As soon as the Utopians were disposed, the Levyr intended to use the technology and knowledge accumulated to help them leap further in their evolution.
For the Levyr, this new age was just like the first age of Orion the humans from Eos had, this was their chance to rise up and take the place as the dominant species on the universe. Will they be able to hide their plans from their "allies" and take the universe by deception?
